Stephanie truly believes in prevention, and how proper food and nutrition can fix these imbalances and allow a person to live and feel their best. Your food can be your biggest medicine cabinet. Together, she will discuss your struggles, learn the powerful healing benefits of food and lifestyle, and apply them into your daily routine. Each person is unique, and there is no one answer that fixes all. Each detail of your life is important to healing your body. In her eyes, there are no situations that are left untreated, and no person should be left to suffer. She will focus on healing, guiding, transforming, and managing proper lifestyle on an individual basis through proper nutrition and herbal supplementation.

60 Minute Initial Consultation – $150
This initial visit will be dedicated to assessment and learning a client’s full story. It will involve listening to a detailed past medical history, taking a full current medical history, as well as looking for visible cues of biochemical imbalances.
30 minute Follow Up – $75
During these sessions, a review of significant findings from lab tests will be discussed, biochemical imbalances will be addressed through proper nutrition and supplementation, and introducing an appropriate diet plan for the individual will take place. After the application of your new lifestyle, Stephanie will follow and monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments needed.
Weight Management – $450 (Includes 1 Initial consultation + 4 follow ups)
Often times people struggle to lose weight, and get into the pattern of “yo-yo” dieting. Part of the reasoning is because people often feel deprived when they are on a diet, and therefore are not sustainable. Stephanie will help work with you, creating a personalized meal plan based on your preferences, your goals, and your budget.This program involves goal planning, evaluation of a food diary, nutrition education, discussion of family and medical history, and calculated calorie needs. Through weekly sessions, she will be by your side to assure you reach all of your goals.
Personalized Weekly Meal Plan – $75
